WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing R-Gaza products for your motorcycle. R-Gaza warrants all its accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. 

Any product to be evaluated for a possible defect must be delivered to R-Gaza at the owners’ expense and accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase. If a returned item is determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the first year of ownership, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of R-Gaza and returned to the customer at our expense. Any item returned for evaluation and found not to be defective under the terms of our warranty, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

The installation of any accessory may change the original characteristics of your motorcycle (weight distribution, ground clearance, etc.) and should be carefully considered.

R-Gaza shall not be held responsible for incidental damage or any associated costs resulting from the use, installation or removal of our products, inconvenience or loss of use of the accessory or vehicle on which it is installed or intended, customer negligence, carelessness or any other circumstance beyond our control. The customer agrees to this by installing or having our accessories installed. Any modification to the product's original configuration will void this warranty.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, and expedited shipping options through major carriers like DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging.

Return Process: Submit a return request via our website or contact our customer service team.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exclusions: Customized or clearance items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal.

Payment Security: Transactions are processed securely with encryption.

Sales Tax: Charged based on state and local tax laws.

Promotions: Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Retroactive discounts are not available.
